Job Description :

  • Independently managing a team in delivering high quality corporate secretarial services to clients, maintaining high level clients’ services and to ensure timely progression of workflow.
  • Monitor/review the work of subordinates and monitor compliance with submission deadlines.
  • Ensure companies’ registers and statutory records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Attend Board meetings and members meetings of clients and others as required, and undertake preparation of meeting notice, agenda and minutes.
  • Draft/review announcements of public listed companies and prepare/review annual reports and circulars of public listed companies.
  • Develop technical competencies of subordinates.

 

Requirements :

  • ICSA qualification or pursuing ICSA course or Licensed Secretary.

Job Description:

  • Independently manage  an assigned portfolio of clients and lead team to deliver high quality tax services to clients. This includes corporate tax planning, tax audit and tax investigation.
  • To review the tax computation prepared by subordinates and ensure tax submission are done on time.
  • To resolve clients’ tax issues promptly. To highlight and discuss with Tax Director on tax issues, as and when necessary.
  • To involve in tax advisory work and ensure that it is completed within stipulated time-frame.
  • To provide training to staff to enhance their technical skills.
  • Evaluate ways to improve the workflow and efficiency of tax senior / tax assistant.
